Okay… I’ll admit it. I voted. But I figure either way, neither of the candidates will bring about much change. Sure, there will controversies, scandals, and corruption, but I’m beginning to think that sort of comes with the package. Whether you’re voting for Barack Obama, John McCain or an Independent, you’re getting basically the same deal. A politician surrounded by other politicians, surrounded by lobbyists, who are surrounded by bueracrats. But hey! You can get a free coffee from Starbucks and a few donuts from Krispy Kreme! So, you know… that’s something.
